Interlude is as abstract in it's beauty as you can ever desire.
Definitely one of my faved pieces lately. It's not dramatic or totally out there - I find it very calming in its composition.
Amazing choice of colors interweaving each other and drawing me closer into the picture. Really adore the 'trick' with the greenish-yellow hues having texture with swirls and bouncing out light, meanwhile the darker hues of purple and magenta shape the weaves and knots making the whole image having very dimensional look, without using too many strong definite typical Ultra Fractal shapes.
This is my type of abstract

The interplay of colors here is utterly gorgeous. I also really like how the variations you have in the texture. In the lower purple section, it looks zoomed in, perhaps even slighly upsampled. In the orange areas in the upper left corner, it is more fine-grained and sharp. In the green swatch at the far right, and in the lower left corner, it becomes stretched, looking somewhat more linear and stripey. and yet, despite these differences, it is easy to see that it is the same texture. Such a "variations on a theme" approach is a great way to achieve unity without falling into visual monotony. Amazing work!

Thanks Lea...A rare moment of nothing to do involving the house and what do I do?...I fractaled all day. I should be able to back to my fractals soon...we are finally moved in but now we have to get the old house ready to sell :(.
